Rio is the dog with the ear to ear smile and the tail that never stops wagging. She was
the only female from a litter of three and the second champion in the litter.

From start to finish, it took Rio less than 2 months to become an AKC Champion.
She seems to have inherited her grandfather Ready's beautiful sidegait and foot-
timing and her mother and fathers good looks.

To say Rio is birdy and athletic is an understatement. Much to my amazement, on
more than one occasion she has caught birds in the backyard and proudly delivered
them to hand. She is just always so happy about life!
